Currency
The prices shown are in the default currency which is US dollars. If you wish to change the currency, you can select the desired currency from the drop down on the top right. The exchange rate is updated automatically, but we take no responsibility for it being incorrect, as it is difficult to monitor on a 24/7 basis. You can go to websites like www.xe.com and do a comparison. If for whatever reason our exchange is off, feel free to contact us and we will update manually, or purhchase in US $ and Paypal will do the conversion with the up to the minute exchange, which you can also compare prior to finalizing the sale.
Return Policy
It is easy to return items with Us. Buyers would pay for the shipping cost for returning the item for refund. Before returning the product, it may be possible for us to solve the problem that you have encountered. If not, we can always send you a replacement. Please phone toll-free 1-888-870-3939, 9:00AM - 5PM EST, Monday - Friday, e-mail sales@homevuprojectors.com for Customer Service. There is a standard 20% restocking fee for all returns, unless deemed defective when inspected by our engineers. If the problem was caused by mis-use or mis-treatment, the customer will be subject to the re-stocking fee, but will be re-imbursed.
You may return any product within 30 days for a refund.
Warranty Policy
If you need to use the North American warranties, you may return it to us for a replacement or for fixing. The warranties cover parts, labor, and replacement costs if necessary, so you are fully covered. Before sending it back to us, please e-mail rma@homevuprojectors.com with warranty information first.
Technical Support Policy
All of our customers receive technical support via email or web-based chat for the lifetime of the purchased product. Customers receive one-full year's worth of free technical support via toll-free phone.
Shipping Policies
Costs incurred due to refused shipments and returned products, incorrect addresses on original orders (if customer's fault) will be deducted from refunds.
If you gave us an incorrect address, and we shipped to that incorrect address, we cannot ship you another item until we have received the incorrectly shipped item back at our place. Please remember to give us the correct mailing address [which is sometimes different from a billing address]. Also, the extra cost of shipping the item again will be charged to the customer. The item won't be shipped until the extra cost of the shipping charge is paid in full.
We cannot be held liable for shipping delays or for selling an out-of-stock item. If an item is out-of-stock, the customer will be notified via e-mail. A customer can cancel an unshipped, purchased product at anytime subject to a full refund (shipping included) being issued.
