I purchased the SV100D projector last October, and during installation, the projector hit the ceiling pretty hard, which caused the lamp to dislodge inside. Customer Service recommended we return the projector. They replaced the bulb for free, and checked it out. We paid the shipping, but service was amazing considering it was our fault... All of our products come with a 1 or 2 year warranty. We honor our warranties, and if there are any issues you can contact us. If a problem does occur, you can obtain a RMA and return the product for repair or replacement. Our new HD series projectors come with a 2 year warranty. We're very confident in the products we sell, but more confident that if something does go wrong, we will take care of you in an immediate fashion.
