We ship almost entirely via DHL, United Parcel Service (UPS) and Fed Ex Home Delivery. For orders that weigh less than two pounds, you will find United States Postal Service (USPS) more economical, or Canada Post depending on which warehouse we are shipping from.
International orders are shipped primarily by DHL. International customers are encouraged to place and order. We will ship to almost anywhere in the world. We will not charge your credit card until we send and you accept a shipping quote.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.
* To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the buy buttons. Then click on the small picture of the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner (located next to 'log In'). This will bring up a page that show you all the items in your cart. Enter your zip code in the box labeled 'Destination Zip Code'. You can try different shipping methods by clicking on the down arrow located next to 'Shipping'. Select a shipping method (e.g. USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, 3 day select etc...) and then click Recalculate. This will show you shipping charges before placing your order or entering any personal information.
Orders that cannot be delivered before the weekend will be held and shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Times
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Do not count the day the order was shipped. Fed Ex Home Delivery delivers on Saturday at no extra charge but does not deliver on Monday.
Returns and RMA Information
1) All systems have a 1 or 2 year warranty as specified on the product details page.
2) All defective orders, will be replaced or fixed upon receipt. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to Toronto, Canada. Please contact us for RMA form.
3) Return for credit can be accepted only within 14 days from the date of invoice. The customer will assume the shipping cost to Toronto, Canada. The product must be in the same Condition as received. Home Vu Projectors will inspect all returned goods before applying a refund. If there is a problem, the customer will be contacted immediately.
4) The RMA number is only valid for 15 days.
5) The items are only tested for problems listed in the RMA form.
6) Refund is paid in the same manner as original purchase; i.e. if paid by credit card, the cc will be credited. Refund checks will be mailed within 14 business days from the date merchandise has been returned. Please print RMA number legibly on top of the package, package w/o RMA number will not be accepted.
7) All shortcomings, discrepancies, short-shipment etc. should be brought to the notice of Home VU projectors within a period of 2 days from the date of the receipt; Home Vu Projectors will not be responsible, or liable thereafter in respect of this RMA.
